How a rider registration works

This is a quick example of how the process can work once a rider lesson has been booked. See more features here.

Rider Registers at home

You send the prospective rider a unique link where they complete the Rider Registration Form. This can be completed at anytime prior to arriving at your centre.

Rider arrives at the Riding Centre

When the rider arrives, you will be able to search for the registration and check they are safe to ride. The system will alert you to important points, such as weight, age or disability considerations.

Note: If the rider turns up without a completed form, you can complete this quickly on your office computer or tablet provided by EquiOn.

The rider will then join their instructor for an enjoyable ride

After the ride is complete

The instructor will complete a quick assessment of the riders abilities. This allows for the quick processing of future bookings and complies with BHS standards on record keeping.

All done

The rider registration form is now complete and stored ready to access in the future. Rider registrations are typically held for 5 years and accessible to authorised staff at anytime. Should your insurance company require longer retention periods, this can be actioned to EquiOn.

Keep in touch with riders

EquiOn will provide you with a GDPR compliant list of riders who would like to hear more from you in the future. This will could include your marketing material, events and more.

On the path to
BHS Highly Commended

Using the EquiOn system could support your centre in achieving Highly Commended in several areas of the BHS grading scheme.
